HERE ARE SOME OF MY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR PLANNING.

PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS

Can I order Bomboniere 1 week before my event?

Due to the handmade element, I highly advise that you book your bomboniere a few months in advance to take you through the design process, order materials and allow for shipping.
The pre designed items online are also handmade to order and will have time lines shown.

Do I have to have sugared almonds to have a Bomboniera?

No you don't. Traditionally bomboniere are given including 5 sugared almonds, but you can still have the beautiful designs using flowers and ribbons. It's your Wedding, your way.

I am not sure of the date of my event, can I still order bomboniere?

Yes you can. All of my items are handmade to order and this takes time. We understand in today's climate that dates may change or confirmed at the last minute, don't worry, we can start work on your order and personalisation will be left until the end.

How far in advance do you need my order?

This is a question which comes up very often. The answer is not a simple one. I get very busy in peak season (between March to August) and make up times will be longer. I always work with your event date, your numbers and the design to be able to give you a realistic time for delivery. I suggest you get in touch as soon as possible and book in.

I don't know how many bomboniere I need, can I still place my order?

Yes you can and I strongly suggest you do. You can secure your booking with a deposit, giving us time to confirm designs and book you into my work schedule, once numbers are confirmed we will start making up your order.

When should I contact you for my wedding invitations?

Preferably no later than 9-11 months before your Wedding, if not before. The earlier the better to allow for busy seasons and the design process. So you can get them out at least 3 months before your wedding as standard.

When should I send my save the dates?

I suggest at least 1 year before your Wedding to allow guests to plan, especially if it is a destination wedding and flights and accommodation need to be booked.

How long before my wedding should I send my invitations?

Traditionally invitations are sent 12 weeks (3 months before your wedding) but there are no strict rules, if you feel you want to send them sooner, it's ok.

When should my RSVP date be?

No later than 6 weeks before your event, to allow time for table plans and other stationery to be created.

Can you print in another language?

Yes I can. Italian is my second language and am fluent, so I can make text suggestions too.
I have printed in other languages before, as long as text is supplied as a copy and paste as I cannot proof read it.
