My process

Working with you to design and create beautiful memories

Here at Bomboniere By Maria, you are taken through a journey. With my experience and eye for detail, I can hold your hand as much or as little as you need.  I get to know all about you and your day, from your personalities to the wedding and event details, colours and venue décor. This enables me to design and create something perfect and unique for you. You may have your own design ideas and vision which I can bring to life or you may want to leave it in my hands to create something bespoke I think will be fitting for you. Using fine quality ribbons, embellishments, papers and confectionary.

Our journey together begins....

1. Consultation

You will have a complimentary phone consultation with me where we will talk about your Wedding day or event. This enables me to get to know you, your style, colours, your venue and bounce around some ideas. You may have your own vision or a particular idea or you may want to let me create something fully bespoke.

2. The design

Based on what we have discussed on our phone consultation, I will put together a few ideas and prices for items I think will be suitable and email them to you. Once you have decided to go ahead with me, I will require a holding fee of £50.00. (This is applicable if your enquiry is 6 months -1 year before your event) This will enable me to secure your booking in my diary and start creating a design and mock up of your favour or bomboniera, using your colours, style and ideas for inspiration. A link to your Pinterest board or images you can send me help too.

3. Payment

1. If your enquiry is made 1 year or more before your event, a holding deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your booking, get you into my diary  and create your first design. After which we will discuss a deposit payment required for me to start processing your order and obtain materials needed.

2. If your enquiry is made 6 months or under before your event, I require half of the amount as deposit payment to enable me to start processing your order, confirm a design and order materials. 

3. Your balance payment is required to be paid before your order is dispatched. A monthly payment plan can also be discussed.

4. Samples

I have a pre designed range on my shop which can be ordered as single pieces as samples, personalisation is not available on single items, an example tag will be attached to show you the look.

If you wish to order a sample of a bespoke design favour box or invitation, there is a fee of £20.00. This includes our phone consultation, design service and creation of your item. Postage is charged at £3.95.
