Bomboniere By Maria offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Products & Services
1) For a bespoke order, A non refundable £50.00 deposit is required for Bomboniere, favours and stationery orders. This will be applied to your full order once you go ahead.  For stationery, favours and full package orders, a 50% deposit is taken in order to secure the booking. This deposit is non refundable. If you want to cancel an order and work has already started on creating your order, then a further charge will be made for work undertaken to that point.
2) Due to the bespoke nature of our products and as some items are handmade there might be slight variations between each individual item – this is not a fault and is just a feature of handmade products.
3) Where an item such as a handmade/decorative paper becomes unavailable a similar material will be used in its place – we will always consult with the client first to make sure they are happy with the replacement.
4) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the Shop and Galleries. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
5) Copyright is retained by Bomboniere By Maria on all designs and these must not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Bomboniere By Maria.
6) For advertising purposes Bomboniere By Maria reserves the right to use images of your stationery and by placing an order you agree to this term. We will always hide personal information such as address or contact details. 
7)  Bomboniere By Maria cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors in names and addresses. A PDF proof  for stationery orders is always sent to the client before printing and if any errors are not picked up until after stationery has been printed, then a further charge will be made to correct the items in question. 
8) Delays in production may occur if a reply to confirm the accuracy of the proofs is not received within 48 hours. 
9) All orders can be either collected from Bomboniere By Maria (North West London) or can be posted and a delivery charge will be made and added to the final invoice.
10)  Bomboniere By Maria cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to items once the package leaves our premises. We will package the items very securely to avoid any damage.
11) We often recycle packaging/boxes etc. This is for environmental reasons and also to keep postage costs to the client as low as possible.
12) We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
13) All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Personalisation
We will print your personalised items exactly as you enter the details when shopping online. For bespoke orders, a confirmation of wording will be emailed to you. It is not the responsibility of Bomboniere By Maria to correct spellings, add punctuation or insert capital letters. Please ensure that you enter any text as you wish it to appear on your personalised item. Please note that we are unable to accept any cancellations on personalised items. All orders for personalised items are final.


Delivery & Pricing
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

For the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

 1.  Our favours/Bomboniere are handmade to order. Please contact Bomboniere By Maria to discuss your order, based on the size and intricacy of your order, you will be given a time frame. For bespoke orders, please allow at least 6 months before your event to allow time for consultations and designs to take place.  We get very busy between March and July, during quieter periods your order may be despatched sooner, if you are not sure, please contact us to check the time frame is achievable before placing your order. If you need a special delivery, there is an additional charge.
1a. You will be notified by e-mail the day your goods are dispatched and will usually arrive within 3-5 working days. All of our parcels are sent out recorded delivery to ensure the safe arrival to the recipient.
1b. Our standard delivery charge to mainland UK is £7.95. This includes recorded signed for delivery. This may be subject to change depending on the volume and weight of your order. You will be advised of any changes. Any special delivery requirements must be discussed with us and additional costs calculated. 
1c. If you do not receive your goods within 5 days, please notify us immediately so we can take action. 
1d. If no one is available for a signature at the specified address, the courier will leave a card. Your parcel must then be collected within the stated time or re delivery arranged. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to Bomboniere By Maria. You will then be contacted by us to re arrange delivery at an additional cost to you. 
1e. All of our prices shown are including VAT. 

Payments
We accept payment by Credit/Debit card through the secure payments system on our Etsy store. For bespoke orders, once an invoice has been sent out to you via email, payment can be made by bank transfer.


Refunds

For stationery and favour orders where you pay a 50% deposit: if you would like to cancel an order after the 50% deposit has been paid, then generally, depending on circumstances this deposit is not refundable. If you want to cancel and work has already started on your order, then a further charge may be made for work undertaken to that point.

2. Due to the nature of our items being bespoke and handmade to order  they are non-returnable and exchanges or refunds will not be authorised on these type of items unless faulty or damaged.

3. All of our products are packaged securely, but should anything arrive damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods in writing via email or text.  Any shortages in deliveries must also be reported within this time frame.  If you cannot supply photographic evidence of the damage, the product will have to be sent back to us at your own cost. We advise that you return your items on a Recorded Delivery service that requires a signature for proof of delivery as we will not accept any responsibility for items that get lost in the post or undelivered. It is your responsibility to ensure items are safely returned to us within the required period.  After inspection of the damaged goods we will notify you of any refund due (if applicable). We will refund any money due using the same payment method originally used by you to make the purchase.
2c. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed once we have received your goods. All refund requests must be sent to us in writing, you can use the form below to notify us.

Unforeseen circumstances

In the event of a postponement, the payment due remains the same as a cancellation. We will carry the monies paid forward to the new event date.  If an order of favours has been dispatched to you personalised and an unforeseen circumstance occurs Ie: a Covid 19 situation. We will amend the date to the new postponed date and send you out  new tags to attach. Please note we will only do this once. Please be aware that we will only do this on one occasion free of charge.  

If you have a stationery order with us. In the event of a postponement, the payment due remains the same as a cancellation. If the stationery has been already printed or has been dispatched to you,  a reprint will incur extra charges as this will be classed as a new order. Alternately "change the date" cards can be purchased from us made to match your stationery.

 Please be aware that we will only do this on one occasion. Any further postponements will be classes as a cancelation.

Changes to terms & conditions

You can review the most current version of the Terms & Conditions at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
